Pre-season Registration
Please download and complete using CAPITAL Letters the Pre-season Registration Sheet. E-mail the completed spreadsheet to the Players Registration Secretary by the 1st September 2008.

PLAYERS REGISTRATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED USING APPROPRIATE SPREADSHEET AND COMPLETED IN FULL.

Please note:

A player can only be registered at ONE Middlesex club. They must be a member of the club or have indicated they wish to be registered. Registering all and sundry is not acceptable! Players not registered at the start of the season should be registered as a Late Registration and may play within 48 hours.
Late returned or incorrectly filled out Pre-season Registration Sheets will result in your players not being eligible to play at the start of the season.
A married player should be registered under the name that will be used on the team sheet each week. Be consistent, as it creates a lot of work chasing up names.
Players may not transfer clubs after 1st January 2009 unless permission is sought from the Honorary Women’s League Secretary.

Late Registration

Late registrations should be e-mailed to the Players Registration Secretary, including full name of player and club, using the Late Registration Sheet. No other format will be accepted.
One person per club should be nominated to deal with late registrations.
Players are deemed registered 2 days after the date the e-mail was sent.
Using unregistered players will result in a 1 point deduction. It is your clubs' responsibility to register ALL your players in good time.
